This Ashtanga Primary Series-based class gives you a set sequence every Monday and Friday at 7:30 AM — ideal for anyone who thrives on structure, loves a progressive challenge, and wants a predictable path toward a stronger, more centered version of themselves.

Begin with a gentle and invigorating flow that warms your muscles, builds subtle strength, and helps you let go of the heaviness of the day. Then transition into longer-held Yin postures that stretch connective tissues and calm your nervous system.

What you’ll experience:

Dynamic movement the brings energy and circulation to your muscles
Deep release + relaxation through calming, supported Yin shapes
Looser hips, shoulders, and low back from mindful mobility and slow stretching

Unheated Gentle Yoga

If you’re ready to stay active, maintain mobility, and feel good in your body—but need a practice that supports where your joints and energy are today—this class was designed for you. Unheated Gentle Yoga takes place in a cool, soothing room and moves at a comfortable pace. You’ll be guided through accessible postures that help reduce stiffness, increase circulation, and improve strength, mobility and balance without strain.

What you’ll experience:

  • Movement that supports your joints, not stresses them – stretch and strengthen the body while reducing discomfort, stiffness, and inflammation.

In this slower-paced, unheated class, you’ll be guided through long-held, passive floor postures that gently stretch and hydrate the deeper layers of the body—including fascia, ligaments, joints, and connective tissue.
