start with your first visit

Beginning is simple. Come in, experience the space, and see how you feel. Your first session is included in our simple weekly option—yoga and recovery for $39 a week. There’s no long-term commitment, and you can easily cancel anytime.

There’s no right way to begin.
We’ll help you choose what fits your body and your schedule.

New to yoga?

Many of our members started right where you are. Here are our most beginner-friendly classes:

  • Gentle or Yin if you prefer slower, supportive pacing

  • Heated Vinyasa if you enjoy a steady, guided flow

  • Hot 26 for a balance of sweaty intensity and beginner guidance

You don’t need to be flexible, just willing to begin.

New to Cold Plunge?

Feeling curious yet intimidated is completely normal. With guidance, cold therapy can be manageable and restorative.

  • Supports circulation and resilience

  • Helps reduce inflammation

  • Promotes mental clarity

Your first session is guided. You control the duration, and even 90 seconds is a powerful place to begin.

New to HaloSauna?

If you’re feeling tight, stressed, or run down, halosauna is a gentle place to start.

  • Relaxes muscles

  • Supports circulation and immune function

  • Calms the nervous system

  • Nourishes skin with salt therapy and red light

Most people begin with 20 minutes and leave feeling peaceful and relaxed.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

We make getting started simple.

  • Book your first session online (our app is available if you prefer mobile Apple | Android )

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can show you around and help you settle in

  • Expect a warm welcome from our team

  • You can start with yoga, recovery, or both

  • If coming for yoga, bring a yoga mat and towel if you have them — or rent them at the studio

  • No experience needed. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
