Many of our members started right where you are. Here are our most beginner-friendly classes:
Gentle or Yin if you prefer slower, supportive pacing
Heated Vinyasa if you enjoy a steady, guided flow
Hot 26 for a balance of sweaty intensity and beginner guidance
