Join Us (and Jared!) as we celebrate Earth Day with a super special offering. In honor of our sacred planet, Jared will guide participants through the use of crystals, both within a yoga practice and "off the mat." Jared will lead participants through a Spring themed Yoga Nidra, allowing participants to discover their true heart's desire. After class, Jared will provide participants with an Introduction to Crystal Programming and discuss the use of a crystal grid. Participants will gain understanding of how crystals are not just mystical, but scientific and how they can use crystals as vehicles of change in their own lives.
