This four-week series will introduce various meditation practices in an intimate group setting. Through experiential work and education, individuals will come away with an understanding of 10 different techniques that will support personal health and wellness. Individuals will receive 1:1 support and guidance in each session, learning how to incorporate practices into daily living. Sessions are designed to help participants build skills that will assist in the final Shamanic Journey Meditation. Shamanic journeys are unique to the individual and provide insight to the intentions set, guidance for spiritual growth and symbolism that supports your personal journey. Each individual will receive a written synopsis, as a gift of their Shamanic Journey to be received within two weeks following the last session.
No previous requirements or experience necessary to partake in this series. All individuals are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to be mindful of not drinking caffeine at least one hour prior to the start of session.
