Our signature vinyasa class is a medium-paced heated practice that links breath and movement in a progressive sequence that builds heat and flow. Uplifting music keeps you grounded, focused, and in the zone. Each posture builds on the next, helping you strengthen your body, clear your head, and move with greater ease and confidence.

Gentle Yoga (unheated)

If you’re ready to stay active, maintain mobility, and feel good in your body—but need a practice that supports where your joints and energy are today—this class was designed for you. Unheated Gentle Yoga takes place in a cool, soothing room and moves at a comfortable pace. You’ll be guided through accessible postures that help reduce stiffness, increase circulation, and improve strength, mobility and balance without strain.

If you feel stiff, tired, or mentally drained and you want movement that helps you loosen up, unwind, and shake off the day or week, this class is your reset. Begin with an invigorating flow that warms your muscles, builds subtle strength, and helps you let go of heaviness. Then transition into longer-held postures that passively stretch connective tissues and calm your nervous system. Perfect for beginners, experienced yogis, athletes, or anyone looking to de-stress and decompress.

Intro to Soul Society Flow

New to yoga or new to Soul Society? This class is the perfect place to begin. This workshop-style class moves at a slower, more intentional pace, giving you space to learn the foundations of breath, movement, and alignment. You’ll be guided step-by-step through what to expect in our flow classes so you can walk into any class feeling more comfortable and confident. Come as you are. No experience needed.

Blissful Stretch & Meditation

You give all day long and need a safe, soothing space to receive. This gentle, prop-supported class melts away stress, unwinds tight muscles, and grounds your nervous system so you can finally exhale. Not a workout, just deep release, intentional stillness, and the feeling of being held, not hurried. Settle into an evening ritual that helps your body soften, your breath slow, and your mind clear so you can transition into the rest of your night with ease.
