Bikram Hot 26 w/music
Jessica Clark

The 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises of this set sequence are practiced in a heated room to create versatility, greater range of motion, and optimal health. The poses are static and held to deepen the experience of each posture. Stillness between the poses encourages concentration and meditation. While traditional Bikram classes are not practiced with music, we play music to make the experience more enjoyable and fun. This class will challenge you but is absolutely accessible to beginners. Bring a towel, come hydrated, and expect to sweat.


9 - 10 AM
Heated Vinyasa
Jennifer Schrecongost

Sample a Heated Vinyasa class, practiced in an 86 - 90 degree heated room and set to a soul-inspiring playlist. This class is designed to create variations, versatility, greater range of motion, and optimal health. You will gain upper, lower body and core strength, balance, and flexibility. Bring a yoga towel and water and expect to sweat. This class will challenge you, but is still accessible to beginners.

Posture Clinic
Frost

Learn the foundations of more advanced postures like arm balances and inversions in this 30-minute mini workshop with RYT 500 Frost.


11 - 12 PM
Unheated Gentle Yoga
Debra Kelly

Gentle Yoga incorporates low-impact movement, breath work, and meditation. Feel good in your body, decompress after a long day, and leave feeling loved, cared for, empowered and at peace. This class is beginner friendly. Temperature 72 - 75 degrees.

Yin
Katie Haxton

Yin Yoga is a cooler, slow-paced class where you’ll target deep connective tissues—like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Long-held, passive floor poses mainly work the lower part of the body. The slower, meditative nature of yin yoga gives you space to turn inward and tune into your mind, body, breath, and soul. Room temperature 68 - 72 degrees
