In this five-week series, learn the language and proper alignment for some of the most common postures you'll encounter in yoga classes. Instructor Heather Solomon will break each posture down and help you discover modifications and/or variations for your body, so that you can attend any class with confidence.
You do not need to be able to attend all five weeks. Attend as your schedule allows. Class is limited to 15 people to allow for deep attention to detail.
