Join guest instructor Jared, as he guides a purposeful and informative yoga class and mini-lecture on how to better navigate life using the metaphor of the body as a house.
Imagine your body as a house, your abode. Within your house are 3 floors and 9 rooms. Each floor represents an aspect of yourself. And each room serves a well-intended purpose. The house is our living quarters, each unique and personal. In this workshop, Jared will provide direction to gather potential insight in each of your own 9 rooms.
Class will begin with a hatha non-flow yoga practice, in which Jared will introduce the physical concepts of the body as a house. After class, Jared will guide you through the 3 floors and the 9 rooms. Get to know which floors you spend the most time on and gather potential insight in changing patterns and habits. This event is intended for all levels.
