---

The Eastern Shore Women's Circle is meant to be a safe and nurturing space where women are encouraged to express their voices, explore their emotions, and delve deep into self-reflection. It provides a secure and welcoming environment for women to connect, share their experiences, and offer mutual support as they embark on their individual paths of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

This space is open to all who identify any part of themselves as woman.

Through modes of discussion, movement, breath work, sound healing, and creative exercises, you will connect with your inner self and other women. Please note that while movement may be a part of the experience, it is not a yoga class. We'll provide all the necessary props for the gathering, such as blankets, bolsters, mats, and eye pillows, but we invite you to bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a bottle of water or warm tea, and something that makes you feel comfortable. This personal item can be a piece of jewelry, a cherished book, a special photo, or anything that resonates with your unique sense of self.

To maintain a focused and present atmosphere, we kindly request that attendees avoid using substances, including alcohol and recreational drugs, prior to the event. We aim to create a space where everyone can fully engage and connect with themselves and fellow participants.

Our facilitators are experienced and dedicated guides on the path to self-discovery and personal growth. Together, they aim to create a nurturing space for you to share, reflect, and connect with other women.

To ensure an intimate and comfortable environment for all participants, we've limited the maximum capacity to 20 attendees. Register now and be part of a supportive community of women committed to personal growth and connection.
