You asked. We listened! Yoga Strength is a 45-minute high intensity interval fusion of yoga, cardio, and bodyweight strength movements designed to improve strength, cardiovascular function, and build lean muscles all while having fun.

Yoga Strength is one of a series of classes we'll be testing out over the next few weeks and months. Try it and let us know if you want to see it as a regular class on the schedule.
